When I’m not aggressively representing my clients, I have taken on projects on both ends of the Puget Sound region, both volunteering legal services and other community work on various boards and short term projects. For example, I served on the board of the Olympia Historical Society and the PARC Foundation of Thurston County. From 2010-2012 I was a member of the Olympia’s Planning Commission. I also volunteered with the Housing Justice Project a program of Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services, Seattle Neighborhood Legal Clinics, and at the Union Gospel Mission in Seattle.
I studied history and Russian at the University of Utah and graduated with honors from Seattle University’s School of Law where I participated in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, International Law Society and the Russian Legal Society.
The law can only works for consumers who know their rights. Often enough, those who have been wronged do not know it. If you feel that something went wrong, you should ask me or any other consumer attorney. If it’s happened to you, it probably happened to someone else too. Please don’t hesitate to drop me a line.
